When inspecting older homes with my buyers, I have one rule: Uncover & discover! 👀 Ugly carpet? Might be original hardwood. Random drywall covering? Could be hiding historic details like a original ironing board or window! Unusual wall placement? Probably a clue to the home’s original layout.

A dizzying 3 days on market and multiple offers received, the seller accepted a very competitive offer and in just 14 days the transaction closed! 🎉
The story of this sale is a magical one where stars truly aligned for all parties 💫 The seller was offered an incredible opportunity to purchase abroad and her “someday” plan of selling tuned into RIGHT NOW, and thus her need to close was fast-tracked past the normal ACME regimens of de-personalizing, painting, landscaping, staging, etc. The mission became- procure a buyer who loves the house and could close in the given timeline. 💨 (But we did organize a wildly successful estate sale! 💰)
