One of my favorite things about this gorgeous Hollywood Spanish is it sits in a perfect location. Perched JUST up the hill above the Sunset Strip, high enough to give you the privacy that comes with living in the hills along with gorgeous views, but still close enough for an easy walk down to all the shops, restaurants, Soulcycle, Equinox…all the good stuff! Then there’s the classic Hollywood history, making things even more interesting: this home was smack dab in the middle of the burgeoning LA comedy scene in the 70’s and 80’s….tons of comedians partied and made their home here during the glory days of the Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip — how cool is that!?

This loft space is seriously adorable, dripping in charm, and would make a perfect media room, gym, recording studio, office…so many possibilities. Aside from the many terraces you can also take the steps downstairs and there’s a beautiful green yard where even more possibilities await.
