Curbed LA: We Have a Winner

Two weeks, thousands of votes, and so much hotness later, we have LA’s Hottest Broker: Courtney Poulos of ACME Real Estate. In earlier days, Courtney was a TV actor, downtempo electronica band singer, and credit card fraud collection investigator, but these days she’s known for her exclusive work with Better Shelter, the kings of the eastside hipster flip scene. Right now she has two BS houses in escrow looking for backup (here and here). Courtney nabbed just 34 votes more than Keith Scaduto in the finals to win this year’s Hottest Brokers competition. So glad that’s been settled; see you next summer!
