Jennifer Ganzhorn

Jen Ganzhorn brings a design-driven, intentional approach to real estate, shaped by years of creating, curating, and refining spaces that invite connection, creativity, and ease. A fine art photographer, designer, and entrepreneur, she is the founder of ArtHouse & Co., a gallery + boutique in Downtown Ventura. Jen is also the co-founder of Able + Baker Design, a custom cabinetry and millwork studio known for its artful, heirloom-quality work in mid-century and contemporary homes. With projects featured in Atomic Ranch, Dwell, Traditional Home, Interior Design, and Apartment Therapy, Jen carries an informed understanding of quality, craftsmanship, and value — perspective she brings to every real estate transaction.

Jen’s experience shines when working with sellers, guiding homeowners through thoughtful preparation, strategic edits, and presentation. She helps clients focus their time and resources where they matter most, elevating each property with refined visual storytelling, swoon-worthy photography, and carefully crafted listings. Her love for real estate began in childhood, exploring the architecture of San Francisco. As a graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in English Literature, she brings both analytical thinking and a creative pulse to her work.

A Ventura County resident since 2010, Jen appreciates the region’s architectural range — from Ventura’s mid-century gems and Santa Paula’s oak-lined neighborhoods, to the distinctive relationship between home and landscape found throughout the Ojai Valley. Whether planting roots, reimagining a a space, or making a strategic move, Jen helps clients find not just a house, but a place to live well.
