Edward spent most of his life living in a single family residence his dad purchased in 1986. To him, this house is not just a house, it is a home that houses many memories over the span of 30 years. By his understanding that there is a story behind every door and should be treated with utmost care and respect. Edward strongly believes no transactions should be treated lightly, he wants to bring the most value to his clients through his compassion, ethics and competitiveness.
Edward spent early years in Taipei, Taiwan. He moved to Arcadia, CA in 2004 to reunite with his dad’s side of the family. He experienced first-hand what it is like to be an immigrant here in LA. Like many immigrants, Edward had to be creative, open-minded and willing to tackle countless trial and errors which grant him the ability to create an unique path that bridges western and eastern cultures.
His background in finance, experiences in real estate lending and having to manage his family’s real estate portfolio have offered him great depth in real estate; combine with his compassion to people of diverse background and his competitive nature ensure his clients best interests to be taken care of, whether that is getting a First Time Homebuyer into a home they love or getting top dollar for his client’s home.
